Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Étaín Naturals.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- unused and unopened  
- in the original packaging  
- in the same condition as received

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
